Rotary 12581 9" Razor Max Brushcutter Blade Replaces Jm777

This is a excellent blade that works very well on my Stihl straight shaft trimmer. This is the second one I purchased and have Been very pleased. It cuts great.

The blade is well worth the money. It cuts very well in brush and also cuts saplings up to 1 1/2-2". The nice thing about this blade is that it is as easy to sharpen as a chain saw. I give it a touch up at Noon with a saw file and file guide and it works well the rest of the day. The ease of sharpening makes this a good value in itself.

Used on a Stihl komi & brush cutter set up. It works great till you hit the ground/rocks then it isn't so great. You can sharpen it back to life, but it can take some time. This is a good blade if you don't need to cut close to the ground where the rocks/dirt is. Also a face guard is nice to use with this blade as it spits a lot of stuff up at the user!

This is the same blade that is used on the Zombie Apocalypse Weed Eater (over on FB), This blade just rips through blackberries, trees, people, and mostly anything else it touches..I use this blade and the carbide tooth blade.This RazorMax blade is a better choice for cutting through blackberry brush than the carbide tooth blades, the reason is that the carbide tooth blades simply slice through the vines and leave them mostly standing where they were cut, leaving long vines in place which require you to stop and pull them out of the brush often.The RazorMax blade rips through them and kicks them over a bit it also allows you to move the blade up and down the vines effectively mulching them down to a much shorter length.The biggest advantage to this blade is that you can literally walk through a massive blackberry bush creating small chunks of vines which allow you to fit more brush into a dump trailer as opposed to the carbide tooth blades where you have to keep stopping and pulling long vines from the bush. The longer vines do not pack in a dump trailer as well and require more cutting to pack them in..All of the above is related to blackberry vines and the like..If you want to cut small trees or saplings down, then the carbide tooth blades are a better choice.Based on the job, I love both versions.This blade it pretty tough, I have gone through about three solid packed acres of blackberry at my house along with small trees and the like. I have yet to loose a tooth or replace a blade.This is just an awesome blade..

This thing makes my life so much easier. It installed easy and has a spacer washer that allows you to use it on a standard weedeater, I am using an Echo PAS 225. If you have anything that needs to be trimmed that weedeater string can't handle this is what you need. I have cut trees up to four inches with this with no problem, just make sure you go from right to left. I have used the same blade now with at lest 32 hours of cutting on it and it is still sharp, just don't run it into the ground and it will stay sharp for awhile.

I need to cut down eight 6 foot Pampas plants. I tried every thing even a chain saw blade attachment for my gas powered weed eater. Nothing worked. Then I bought this blade from Amazon. I removed the string attachment from my Toro gas powered weed trimmer attached the blade and started smiling. This blade cut the 8 Pampas grass plants like I was trimming grass on a fence line. I was done in 30 minutes. I cut a ground level. I also cut 1-2 inch saplings with this blade. At the price I don't try to sharpen the chains I just buy a new blade. You will never regret buying this blade. When ordering buy 2 or more to have spare blades because yo will starting cutting everything on your place.

I thought this was going to break teeth, or get bogged down like other brush cutter blades. Wow!! Was I surprised. Although there was some difficulty with the attaching of the blade, i Installed on the cub cadet 230 from TSC, I have read Stihl and echo brischutters can run upwards of $1300 as the brush clearing models. This $25 blade sliced through brush so well I almost didn’t want to stop for the day.Other reviews mentioned the arrows being printed the wrong direction, things that made one think it might be a disappointment of a product but it’s worth the try.The walk behind/push string trommers with brush cutters didn’t do half as well as this did once it got going.Definitly buying a second blade to always have a sharp one.

This blade is brutal. It almost works as good as my chainsaw but is way more convenient for chopping to 3 inch tree stumps down at ground level. The reason I bought this particular one is because my chainsaw has a 3/16 inch chain on it and so does this so I can use the file for both of them and get er done. This thing works awesome just watch out for flying debri.

If you are looking for a Great blade to use on a clearing saw to cut small trees up to 3" this is what you want it can be resharpens with a chainsaw file & works much better than the 32 teeth carbide blades

This item works great with a Stihl kombi power trimmers. Been using it sectioning trees and cutting brush. Giving this item thumbs up.
