It does come packaged with (2) bands.

Q: My wrist hurts a lot after doing yoga for some period of time, would anyone recommend this for yoga practicing in order to reduce the wrist paint??

I would definitely recommend these wrist supports. They offer great support so you can continue through your workout without any pain or further injury.

Q: How are these worn? Padding on outside or inside of wrist?

Padding inside the wrist works best for me! You can try both, but i think padding inside the wrist the way most people wear it

Q: Are they washable, as in a washing machine?

I’ve had these for about 2 years and never washed em , not too bad .
