Great quality if you can’t afford magic stairs! Easy install

It’s great! Install was pretty straightforward. The carpentry work was the most difficult and since I didn’t have to cut any rafters it wasn’t all that bad. Instructions are good and watching the installation videos was very helpful. The lift is solid and works great. The smaller size handles all but the largest totes. All the Christmas decorations come down next week so it get a real workout. Very happy so far.

We have very little storage space, most of it being above a 2-car garage. Lots of Christmas stuff, kids stuff, seasonal stuff and now summer/winter wheels/tires for son’s Miata up there. Coupled with the usual somewhat shaky pulldown stairs; an accident waiting to happen. Plus the dread/struggle of carrying stuff up and down. Being a DIYer I tackled most of it myself, with help from my son for placing the unit into framing. Had a couple questions on spacing and initial setup that Keith from SpaceLift answered very quickly and thoroughly even tho it was Thanksgiving week! Between the install videos, manual and direct contact - the best support I can remember receiving 👍 Works great; especially with one person upstairs and one down it makes attic storage use much safer and almost a breeze.

I just finished the install today. It took several days because in Florida, the attic is HOT in the daytime. I only worked in the early morning when it was cool. Probably took a total of 6 hours work to put it in. I did not hurry. I am sure that others can go faster. That time does not count the time to go to Lowes and buy the lumber needed to frame the enclosure. The directions were a bit confusing to me. I found the on line series of videos that details the install. That really made things clearer. I am very pleased with the elevator. I takes my heavy totes up to the attic with no problem. It has very smooth operation. The attic is finally useful. It was hard to use when I had to push the totes up my 10 ft ladder. (I am retired)

Best money I have spent in a long while. Installed and using for a year and a half. Works GREAT. Saves backs and legs from carrying heavy and hard-to-handle items up the attic stairs. As far as I am concerned, it paid for itself the first time we used it.

It worked nicely & quietly. Sadly, after a number of uses, the circuit board fried that 1st week. They did however state they would replace the part & install it promptly. A week later we’re still waiting.

This is a great and easy to use product. Installation is straight forward and installation instructions are thorough and easy to understand and follow. This lift is definitely a back saver and makes moving our storage bins and boxes a breeze while having peace of mind in preventing lifting injury.

This product is a life saver for storing goods in a garage attic, no more climbing stairs with heavy packages. We are both 79+ and just load on the items and next thing you know it's up in the attic. We highly recommend this and make sure you view the videos and read the instructions! A+++++
