The Emerson blender won the run in with my index finger ( be sure to unplug immediately after using). The hand specialist sent me home with a small quantity of this tubing. It held the dressing in place without needing to be taped. Thank goodness!

At over 70, I've cut a few fingers. Probably more than most as my hobby is woodworking. Anyhow, got in an argument with my table saw and it won. Nice "chew" at the top of my left thumb. Enough to make the trip to the local Emergency Room. Instructions from the "Doc" included a bandage change daily. Gauze, tape, more tape, gauze wrap and it still wouldn't stay put. Checked Amazon and found the "Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing Retainer". Long a** name but it works like a charm. Cut a piece about twice the length of the finger, apply your dressing, etc. and cover with the Surgilast. Stretch the first half and cover the finger, give a twist at the top and run the other half down the finger. A little tape at the bottom and it stays put. Finger still hurts like he** but it's clean, neat and on the mend. Best stuff I've found!

The size is perfect for fingers. Could only find here. Other brands are too big for arms.

I know & like the product and received exactly what was expected--sort of. Instead of being rolled in a circle, the tube was just shoved loose willy-nilly into the beat up box. It kept niggling at me, so I finally measured it. Stretching it as far as I could make it would go, I could only get 21 yards and 4-5 inches out of it instead of 25 yard it was supposed to be. Grrrr. I would return it, but really need it right now and had to wait forever to get it as it was. Regardless, I've made a note of this seller and won't be purchasing anything from them again.

This product is a must have for those who have ingrown toenail removal procedures done! My podiatrist used this stuff when dressing up my toe after removing my ingrown toenail, and gave me a couple to take home. Since I’m supposed to soak the toe 2x per day, I ran out quickly and tried searching everywhere until I finally found this product. Works like a charm and keeps the gauze in place so that I can wrap it in coban and stays securely in place while I walk around. Highly recommend this product for ingrown toenail procedures!
