Good tea
As I am used to cold teas, this was a blessing for me. I have enjoyed the flavour of each and the bottle is quite good.Only negatives I can find is the stopper on the bottle is a bit tight and I haven't a clue how many ml is in the bottle. I'm hoping that by filling to the line it's 500 ml.Overall, good product and good tea. I look forward to trying more from the range.

Dont dish washer it.
It's a lovely bottle but what ever you do dont let your husband put it in the dishwasher because it shrinks. 😱

Not the correct size bottle
Advertised as 650ml but what arrived was a 500ml bottle. Disappointing and misleading. Couldn’t be bothered to send it back.

Not suitable for dishwasher
Tea itself was good and the bottle was initially good, no leaks and nice size, however not dishwasher friendly and crumbled to an un useable size and had to be thrown awaySuitable only to rinse in cold water, should say this on packaging

Made for COLD water, as stated!
I have owned one of these for about 18months, it does state that they're COLD water infusions!

Lacking in flavour
As I put the my first bag in, raspberry and cranberry, and watched the lovely looking red colouring come out, I couldn’t wait. It reminded me of the way Ribena looks when you first introduced it into water. There was great expectations and promise …. But it was a major let down. I should have known better “delicate flavour” = “the least amount of flavour we had to put into it to claim it tasted like it’s supposed to”

Terrible buy wrong sized bottle definately not value for money
The media could not be loaded. This is all you get for your money and bottle is not versatile.
