I wanted 65 inch LG OLED TV and there were so many similar products in the list (BX, CX, B9, C9, etc.).I picked this BX model because it was new enough (2019 model) and its affordable price.I hired a handy man to install it on the wall with a mount. He was surprised with the TV's super thin thickness! I agree. Compared with my old 42 inch bulky plasma TV, the appearance is much fancier.I just moved in and did not have any cable TV or satellite TV service. With LG WebOS, I could connect my home internet to TV easily. Since I have Amazon Prime account, I instantly could play PrimeVideo with no stress. My kids are so excited with watching their LEGO Ninjago episodes in big screen.Picture quality is crystal clear, fine resolution (8K I guess, but I enjoyed 4K contents only so far). I'm very satisfied.Remote has laser pointing like control on the webOS screen which is much easier to input text compare with using arrow buttons. I like it, too.

Got this for my husband for Christmas. The picture is soo good and the sound is great also. We are so happy with it. Unfortunately, we aren't equipped, technically to make use of it all. Would love an informational book that could help us take advantage of it all or live closer to kids to walk us through it.

I don't recommend connecting it through a Fisplay Port to HDMI conversion but if you run it as HDMI it works great. Don't know much about the smart features. I do not use them. The settings menu is easy to navigate. My only gripe about it is that the remote is identical to that of the 2017 model. Its great that I can turn them both on and off with one button it makes accessing settings a bit of a pain. Have to unplug one to change the settings in the other.

What Can I say? If you’re spending the cash for OLED technology then you know why it rocks.. and this model is one of the best for your buck

Great picture, internal speakers offer fairly good sound.Like any high tech device there was a bit of a learning curve, but we got the basics running day one and by the end of the week we got things doing what we expected.

I received this tv less than 6 months ago and the picture has disappeared. I would not recommend this tv.

Absolutely gorgeous picture. I love the smart remote. A bit difficult to figure out other smart features, but easy to navigate once you do!

Product was delivered in great shape! The outer box had one small tear, but the television’s box was intact. Set-up was a breeze. Picture quality is incredible.
