After seeing the -ve reviews on amazon, i installed and tested it asap - It was easy to assemble and install - it started working as soon as i switched it on - it works with the normal regulator too - the remote got connected instantly compared to other fans at my home - its less sound - gets good wind

Fan stopped working properly within just 6 months, makes loud noise, and even with a 5-year warranty the company refused proper service. Extremely disappointed with Crompton. Do not buy this product!

The fan looks absolute cool and stylish. Silent operation is evident. No battery is delivered along with the remote. I got the piece with the cover plate broken. Checked with authorised service personnel for replacing the same. They informed me it will take few weeks to get the spare from the company. Overall it is a very nice product to go for.

Good things: ** 5 yr warrranty ** Build is good, looks nice ** Heavy moter Bad thing as of now: ** There should be 2 rods 1 of 12inch another for 18 inch to accomodate false ceiling space. ** Remote seems faulty, ON OFF working but 1-5 speed is not working. Ordered Replacement. ** Fan speed can only regulate from remote...so if it run outnof battary or lost remote...u cant change speed...it should be allowed from regulator as well. Overall looks good, havent installed ..just test run on ground and since remote faulty so ordered replacement... Will update reciew once recieved the new fan ********************* I returned the fan as it was defective and not gaining speed with remote. Pickup done but no refund initiated. I tried reaching customer care and since one month they are saying that we have no status ..and now today they said customer is lying (indirectly)..our backend team and seller confirmed that we did not recieved the item to warehouse and they dont lie.. Basically they are saying no return pickup happened and we will not be able to refund amount of around 8000rs. This is amazon technical problem because of which despite i retuen the item, my 8000 rs steal by amazon. I am submitting the case in consumer forum. Please dont buy this fan from amazon and from the sellers.

I bought 4 of these fans in 2020 so this is a 3.5 years usage review. At the face of it the fan looks good and has continued to look good even after 3.5 years. Silent feature is relative, I had to get 2 of these fixed right after installation. Sometimes the fans will randomly start making noises and then stop by itself. Service person doesn’t know how to fix it. The biggest pain during installation is to get this working with the remote and regulator, best option for me was to get the regulator removed and rely only on the remote. The remote pairing for one of my fans stopped working after 2 years and the service person came twice but never fixed it. So now that fan operates on a single speed. Their after sales service is very unpredictable; even though you can book one simply through WhatsApp, the service person either doesn’t visit or visits but doesn’t fix anything because they don’t have the replacement parts. And the ticket gets closed. So the 5 year warranty is pretty much useless. Overall, avoid buying this product and look for better options.

No complaint perfect and finishing is also nice.

It’s a very bad product , I installed after buying 1 months ..otherwise I should have to return it same time .the fan speed is very less & air wen it’s 5 speed .. Comparing other brands like atomberg , havells , polycab..I’m explaining all these becoz I bought all brands fan n my new home..anyways i contacted Crompton for this , may this product is damaged or any other pbm. The worthless product I felt ..I bought this fan looks good ..my rating I 0.5 out of 10
