I use it for my spaghetti sauce, I use tomato paste and I add this and parsley from this same brand. I was lucky to find a good price for a bundle of three. Simply Organic has become my spice company of choice. I store my spices in a drawer near the stove and it's great that their caps all have the spice name right on them, easy to read. Too often spices come with black tops that I can't even write on. The bottles are square - no wasted space in my drawer and I can fit all of them to keep it all handy.But the big value is in the amount and price of fresh herbs and spices you get in each bottle! Always 'right on' for flavor benchmarks, easy to use lids and screw caps. My entire drawer is filled with Simply Organic products so they stay in a cool, dark place - but I can open the drawer, see the names and take what I need rather than using some rickety carousel that clutters the counter or behind some cabinet door. LOVE ALL OF THESE!

I have become a big fan of the Simply Organic brand that I found on Amazon.com.
