Cast Iron Rabbit Bunny Standing

It's quite small (be sure to review the measurements instead of just relying on the photos), but absolutely beautiful. I have house rabbits and run a small animal rescue. In one part of my house, we have a bathroom that is segmented into two with a light internal door. We usually keep this middle door propped open, and I was looking for a way to do so that would be stylish, cute, and thematic to our interests and rescue lifestyle. After reviewing the weight, asking questions, and looking at the measurements, I figured I'd just go for it and see if it worked. I'm happy to report that it does prop our door open nicely (though there is no way it would hold a heavier door, an external door, or a door with strong gusts that might move it). For our purposes, we keep the bunny turned with its side to the door, so it looks out toward the rest of the house, and isn't sticking out more than a couple of inches so we don't accidentally kick it when going from one part of the bathroom into the other. Our door is one of those standard hollow, lightweight inside doors that are common on bathrooms. It hasn't budged since we put this adorable bunny there. I'm not sure if this bunny is solid cast iron (doesn't feel like it) or hollow, but it has decent weight to it for being so tiny. Wonderful addition to our home!

Are adorable for spring table decor. They areAbout 5 inches high, so outdoor use would haveto have them be a focal point somehow

This is small, fit in your hand small. The cast iron is well made and put together evenly. I recommend this piece.

He is a lot smaller than what I needed but it's OK, I use him for a paperweight.

This little bunny is adorable. Well casted details and a pleasing bronze brown color. It is small at about 3.5 inches tall, so it's great as a small space decoration.

Five stars reviews are correct: rabbit is tiny, and cute—if it doesn’t matter to you that he has several—like 6—chips in his finish which uncover a white composite of some sort, which gives away the fact that it is not the cast iron it appears to be. I wrote to the seller expressing the fact that this defective item would never be on a storefront shelf for sale, so why is it offered online. I received a computer response that I could return it and that they are not responsible for the quality of the product—to take it up with the manufacturer. Who? China? Amazon is amazing and doesn’t deserve to have to pay for return shipping of such a poor quality item, not that I even have the ability to get it to a facility for return. Very disappointed in this company and it’s expensive miniature rabbit. Not worth the $12—or $2. Shame on River Trading Colony. Amazon—listen up—you deserve better.
