Serta Motion Essentials Remotes for Adjustable Beds (3rd Gen Gray or iSeries Model)

This is the exact replacement remote I needed for my serta bed base -- appreciated the expedited shipping that got it to me quickly. Pairing was very easy -- the unit came with clear written instructions for pairing, a QR code linking to a demonstration video, and a phone number to call if all else fails. Didn't need to phone a friend since everything worked as expected the first time. The most challenging bit is rummaging around under your bed to find the box to pair with -- after you do that, its easy peasey!

Very pleased with this remote. Ordering was easy. Delivery was great and came when promised. Sold and shipped from Rooms Direct thru Amazon. Pairing was easy with directions, but you do have to get down on the floor to reach the box with the pairing button under the bed. Works great so far. Pricey but worth it!

Works perfectly but a bit pricey!

It paired quick with good instructions and works great so far. I did not use the supplied batteries and put in Interstates. I know they last. I got the tip from another review as the supplied batteries leaked and ruined their remote.

Faster than expected shipping. Especially great since I lost my remote while in zero gravity mode. Couldn't figure out how to make it connect. Called their phone number. It was answered right away. The gentleman who helped me figured out I had an usual power box. Took the time to research it while in the phone with me and I was sending him pictures. A few minutes later...lo' and behold he got it working!!!Thank you & sleep as well as I will tonight now that I have my new remote!

Despite very simple easy instructions it didn’t work

Being mechanically disinclined getting this to pair up was the biggest PIA I've ever encountered--2stars off for that! The dog had to leave the room! BUT it works quite well and hopefully I'll die before needing to do again. Just changing the battery is a pill. Never again Serta.
