Great alternative to grain based breads
The spread only has six net carbs and it's kind of like a toasty whole wheat. The slices are very small, but you think about the ingredients are super high-quality. I really like the raisin because it kind of takes the place of a muffin. I toast it and put butter on it. It may not be as low as other keto breads for carbs, but it makes a really nice treat alongside scrambled eggs.

You must try this
This bread is great. However you need to keep it in the freezer if you’re not going to eat it right away. I just tie another bread bag around it and freeze it. It freezes very well. But if you eat it right away keep it in the fridge. Cause it does get moldy if you don’t keep it in the fridge. It is so delicious. I wish the price was lower but I will buy it again.

I think it's overpriced, but it's nice to have toast again
I have only tried the cinnamon raisin bread and I toast it for breakfast and have it topped with Miyoko (vegan) Cream Cheese. I have a lot of allergies and so I tend to keep a grain-free, legume-free, and dairy-free diet as my norm. I haven't eaten bread regularly in over 10 years, but when I saw this I thought I'd try it since I had eaten a local gluten free bread (I'm allergic to wheat and oats), but I was so bloated after. With this bread I felt totally fine, yet I still get the great aroma and flavor of fresh baked cinnamon raisin bread. 3 stars for value because it's overpriced. The first time I bought it it was on sale, but full price of $10 is excessive given the size of the bread. I eat 4 slices which are 90 calories each--same as a typical slice of bread, but these are much smaller so be prepared for that. The ingredients make it more dense hence the calories in relation to the size, but as a runner I'm good with it because my 4 slices topped with the vegan cream cheese and eaten with chicken or turkey breakfast sausages rounds out my 1st meal just right to start the day. I did IF for so long as well as keto, it's a nice change to go back to paleo and eat local and in season and then have treats like this.

Very very good!
This bread is very good soft and moist. It is however not sweet but the raisins give it a little sweetness.

Deceiving
Is this healthier than a regular bread? Yes, for the most part. However, it is not Keto friendly. And if you are diabetic. You ought to be careful and stay away from it. One of the ingredients is raisin. How is raisin keto friendly? If you were on keto would you munch on raisins? Absolutely not.Even if you're not on keto, and you just need something healthier. Well, back to the raisins ingredient. A small box of raisins contains 25 grams of sugar. That's the equivalence of SIX T-spoons of sugar. Plus 34 grams of carbohydrates. Unless you are an active athlete. All those carbs will turn into more sugar in your body. But the company will not state how much resins or raisins products are included in the bread. (Interesting)Back to the sugar, most companies won't tell you about the hidden sugar because it's not typicallya "white sugar" But imagine you have kids or your parents are diabetic and you are feeding them this bread. Thinking you are helping them, but you are slowly causing more harm to them.On top of that it is very expensive. You do best to buy yourself some almond flour and learn simple gluten free and keto bread recipes online, do your research.I used to like this company but I looked closely at their ingredients which seems to be growing monthly and so is the price. Unfortunately, it's not worth it.

9 grams of carbs per tiny slice
I don't believe These should be listed as keto..These are nearly half the size of regular bread..They have 9 grams of carbs per slice.. my regular bread is 12 grams so your cutting carbs with smaller slices of bread.. if you cut a regular bread to be same size you would have the same amount of carbs... Bread tastes like cinnamon bread that you buy in the store maybe a bit more hearty... you probably would have same carbs as bread in grocery store as it is bigger.. I'm giving this 3 stars because it arrives quickly and was packaged nicely but in my opinion I wouldn't waste my money again. Very expensive and too many carbs for tiny slice.. I posted this picture of a slice of this bread next to regular bread for size comparison.

Delicious Keto bread, purchased 100+ times
Base Culture has the best Keto products on the market and I trust the ingredients. I love the Cinnamon Raisin and the 7 Nut & Seed bread the most. The banana bread is also terrific, but not easily available. I also like the Base Culture nut butters. Worth the price for high quality taste and ingredients. Please add more Base Culture items to your store inventory, especially the large size banana and almond breads.
