Foot pedal
I like the ability to use my foot to pressure the device. It is also made of very durable materials. My only complaint is that the valve body needs wider holes for the fittings and the valve itself is able to move too easily which causes it to turn and the pedal to not actuate the valve completely.

Makes using a sewer snake easier
Everything you need in a single box.All the fittings and even Teflon tape are included, just get your pressure washer out and it an easy thing.Lets you keep both hands free and no "trigger man" needed for water jetting your 4" sewer line.Well made, the weight is just right so the foot pedal doesn't wander around on the ground. Very clean action of the valve, definite feeling of engagement/disengagement when pressing down the foot pedal. A great value on a really useful and handy tool.

won't last. poor design.
This is a disposable product. No idea how this is getting 4+ stars.First, the spec is wrong. It does not have a 1/4" outlet. It has 3/8" outlet with a 1/4" reducer pre-installed.If you use this with threaded connections, the cage design is ok. But no one in their right mind is going to do that. You will use quick disconnects for the in and out hoses. With a disconnect on the out port, the disconnect protrudes past the cage body, making it difficult to pack and store since you have this prong sticking out now, that can get caught up on things and possibly damage itself or other equipment. So that's annoying, and if they'd put 10 seconds of thought into it the cage would have been longer to have enough clearance to completely enclose the quick disconnect. The way it is now gives easy access to a tool for the threaded connection, so I guess that makes sense, but again this is impractical for real world use.Adding a M22-14 quick disconnect to the inlet (mandatory! you aren't going to keep this permanently attached to the washer and you aren't going to use a tool every time) results in misalignment of the cage's inlet port cutout. I was able to shim the valve to properly align it.In that process I found that the u-bolt clamping the valve to the cage was cross threaded. That was annoying as I don't have u-bolts sitting around and had to find one and modify it to fit. It also points to poor assembly technique at the factory. Now look at the valve action. The pedal is the absolute cheapest hinge design. No thought at all went into this. It torques the valve as it operates, and also the edge of the pedal cuts into the extended rod of the valve. Over not too much time, this will fail. At least it should fail safe, ie "off".I've not shopped around for well designed pedals, as I own this one now. After it breaks I'll spend more money on a good one.

It worth it
But you got got too make sure you have the quick counted inlet out just a hear or you well not contink I honestly say they should have mad the hole a Littel bigger and move it over just a hair cuse of that cuse it alt easyer to run the sewer line that way

Nice
Love it the only bad thing is you have to keep your foot on it for it to work.

Versatile Drain Cleaner
I will be using this to clean out my drain pipe from the kitchen to the main sewer line. I've been using the steel cable but it very cumbersome and the steel does bend. I looking to this being the answer and relief to my tiring hours of using the steel drain cleaner. Definitely lighter than the electric drain cleaner I have.
