First up: I am 5' tall and I wear a size 16 pants. My waist is 33". I bought an XL.The dress fabric is dreamy and drapes very well. The pockets are deep. It hangs very nicely and really is very comfortable. And the sleeves are a little longer than normal, which I appreciate.The only things I am disappointed about are the length and the waist. Both are minor and one can be fixed.The length is for someone that is 6 feet tall. Truly. It will require that you hem it, unless you like to wear your dresses dragging on the ground. If you are on the tall side, this might be remedied with very high heels or wedges. But for the average woman, it will need to be hemmed. A fairly easy fix if you know your way around a sewing machine.The waist is quite small. I understand that my waist, at 33", is not very slender, but neither is it big and round like an apple. It is still comfortable, but if you are like me and carry a little weight on your back, those sweet little back rolls will be showing with nothing to hide them. It is pretty fitted up on top and in the waist.However, I still gave it 4 stars because it was affordable, the fabric is quite lovely, and I can hide my unsightly back area with a nice little cardigan. Perfect for fall, winter and spring.

Very soft. It has pockets which for some reason is always exciting even though I never use them.

I LOVE this dress. A friend brought it to wear to while she was preganat and I fell in love with It. I Bought it in BLACK to wear to an outdoor evening wedding last weekend. I am 5’7” and 190/DDD. and should’ve bought a Large BUT I ordered XL.. it was a bit looser than I liked and pretty long with sandles but was perfect length with wedges. Fabric is a bit see through where it stretches in the Bust area (no more see through than a T-shirt) but wasn’t a problem since I wore black underthings. I am ordering the racer back version of this dress in Green today and if it’s just as wonderful then I’m getting the white and it may be what I wear to my super casual Vegas Elvis wedding this summer (with some awesome acessories of course).

No! No! No!Do not buy this unless you are 6 feet tall and weigh no more than 100 pounds. I’m 5’ 4”, size 12, thick waisted. This made me look 25 pounds heavier, and it dragged 6 inches on the ground. Awful fit.

I really like this dress. It fits well, can be dressed up or down and I adore the pockets. It's super flattering and I love a maxi with sleeves. My only gripe is that the top is somewhat see thru. I'm also a bigger girl, so maybe the ol' boobs stretch out the material. Either way, showing a little bra silhouette doesn't stop me from rocking this dress. I wear a 16/18 and the XL fit nicely

Absolutely love this dress. I’m 5’5” and the length is absolutely perfect. The material is a quality cotton stretch. I’ve washed and dried several times and no shrinking or fading has happened. And if that all wasn’t enough, it has POCKETS.Super flattering on my plus size figure, and I get compliments all the time. Love it!

I've been on the hunt for the longest time in search of a great basic maxi and I've found it in this dress. Plus it's affordable! I got an XL and with my 5'9 frame it falls just above my ankles (I don't wear heels so this isn't an issue for me) and there's plenty of room for my larger chest and wider hips. Plus it falls nicely and doesn't leave me looking any wider than necessary.

This dress was so comfortable and fits amazing. I wore it twice and I washed it last night and laid it flat to dry. The suggestion is to have the item dry cleaned but you can machine wash, dry cleaning preferred. I liked the dress so much that I turned around and bought a blue one that should be arriving tomorrow. I am short and wore the dress with flats and it worked well. I also work it with heels and it still worked really well.
