Yes it takes a minute to load, unlike other dock and play radios. But it's also an internet connected device. It also has Bluetooth to connect to a speaker when a car radio isn't available.

Radio & internet channels + Extra channels & Pandora too. Needs hotspot to work internet & extra channels. Sometimes needs to be reset after 12+ hours of use. Other then that it's a great radio..

The touch screen is nice, no buttons to have to press which can move the radio if pressed too hard. I have had this radio for close to a year now. From the time I installed it I noticed it was very slow to load. About 50% of the time my favorites would not load/ show up. I would have to turn it off and back on and wait for it to start up again. I have left it on before to see if they would eventually load but they wouldn’t. Sometimes when the favorites loaded, after a few minutes I would try to switch to a different favorite channel and the favorites would be gone. I would have to restart once again. Just recently on all the channels it would only show the channel and not the artist or song playing.

Bought this radio to upgrade my current XM radio. Nice upgrade because I wanted a blue tooth connection to my speakers. It was delivered in one day and works exactly as I hoped.

Item takes forever to load Chanel’s jeeps telling me check antenna was nothing wrong with antenna same as antenna that I used on previous device

I love xm and have been using it for 18 years. I bought a lifetime subscription and still had my original unit till I got into a accident and it broke. I was nervous about buying a all touch screen and no buttons but I'm very pleased so far with this unit. It doesn't come with a remote which stinks but my first units remote works with it so I scored there.
