What's the diameter of the shackle please?

Hi sorry for the delay. I am not entirely sure but it might be 20mm. I cannot find the original packaging.

can you have extra keys cut

I haven't needed to have extra keys cut but I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. There doesn't seem to be anything different about the keys that would mean a key cutter would be unable to cut copies.
