Snake juice is what snake juice is.It tastes like crap. Its salt water.It works. It really does.I wouldn't recommend this for anyone doing less than a 3 day fast. These are made to replace electrolytes while carrying out extended fasts. I've personally used these for a 18 day fast and it made things easier. I've used other electrolyte mixes before but this made the process simple and let me monitor exactly what I was taking. Other electrolytes just don't seem as beneficial and didn't remove my headache as well.Bought 3-4 boxes of this now so I have a stock.Fantastic!

If you're on keto, you probably know your body excretes water and with it electrolytes, as you aren't eating many carbs. This is a high level dose, that means your electrolytes are replenished but also your body can retain water and with it the electrolytes. This is perfect, especially if you run etc as well! Expensive though.

Handy for travelling. Taste was salty but ok.

There is a slight taste but it’s so minimal and the benefits far out weigh any taste but honestly I don’t think it tastes of anything

If you’ve seen Cole’s YouTube then you know that the snake diet is a serious no nonsense fasting focused method. I would recommend making your snake juice up the night before then leaving it in the fridge it tastes away the saltiness and makes it far more palatable. I find a shorter fast works better for me so I’m doing rolling 48’s. 27 pounds down in my first month!!

Amazing solution to help with fasting, cole is amazing and helps any bad feelings with fasting. Keep your energy, no headaches etc. Loss changing for people who’s really serious about losing weight and taste good too!

I am using this to help me not get hungry while I'm doing IF.I think the product works and it has almost no taste.
