Excellent tablet
The first time I purchased the tablet it came broken (there were two cracks in the screen) even though the packaging wasn't damaged, which makes me think it was broken before the seller sent it. It was is very frustrating since it took a week to arrive even with Prime shipping. I ended up returning it and buying from Reutz Deals instead. They got the tablet to me a day early (it took only two days to arrive) which is awesome and this time it was in perfect condition. They also contacted me later to make sure the tablet was undamaged and working for me. So overal I highly recommend buying from Reutz Deals if you're uncertain.I've used the tablet for about a week now, and so far it works great! It's fast, the screen is crisp, clear, and bright, and the keyboard is awesome. It's surprisingly high quality considering the price. My only complaint is that the sound isn't very good when watching shows or playing music out loud on the tablet, but this is easily fixed with headphones or a bluetooth speaker so it's not too bad a problem. Overall I'm very pleased with both the seller and the item.

Versatile and affordable laptop/tablet.
I'm really enjoying this tablet. Previously I only used a desk top PC and it's so handy to finally have something portable. It can be used with the keyboard or remove it and use the touch screen. (I never used my smart phone for internet because it's too small to see very well). Now I can set it on my kitchen counter to pull up a recipe, Stream a movie while I'm in bed (no TV in my bedroom), or remove the keyboard and just take the tablet part with me when I'm out. I sew so I made a case for it. It slips into a larger purse and I use a Bible app while I'm at church (easy to find what I'm looking for and easy to read). It's also handy to have the camera/video. I find I often use this or my smartphone for taking pictures even though I have a DSLR. It's so easy to take a picture and then put it on Facebook or email it. I didn't give it 5 stars because the only con is that the battery doesn't last long when I stream a movie. I need to recharge right afterwards.

Good quality for low end tablets
Let me start with, if you're looking for something like an iPad or Samsung tablet, move on. This is a low end tablet. However, in comparison to similar priced tablets, this one is great! We bought this for our son to watch kids YouTube, mainly. It feels decently sturdy and keyboard is a great addition. It made setup much easier (which takes a little while, be patient). Sound is what you'd expect from this category of tablets. Very pleased with the OS. I liked that I could set this up as a kids tablet from the beginning but also access all the other features when I need to with my account. Very happy with this!

Good for price
For some reason it still won't access allof the SD card. Read OK no Write.Several SD cards tried. No luck.Moving files to SD card is a crap shoot. Not to mention it doesn't tell you if it failed. You what you paid for I guess. All the other functions work well.It did take me a while to get rid of the on-screenkeyboard. It should have been no problem.I really liked the full size USB port. The micro oneonly worked for charging.Red Flag is the Writing to the SD card.Problematic at best. After Half full it jist freezes and you're screwed.Ever heard of the blue screen of death. You don't even get that.2 or 3 reboots then you can see what's missing. If you did a COPY then OK nothing lost.If you do a MOVE then BY-SEEYA.Kinda reminds me of DOS 2.0Ok 2.1

Great device for the price
I've had this device for a few months now and I just love it. It has all the features I want for a mini laptop. I use it for writing and social media. It has plenty of storage with the micro SD slot and with access to cloud storage, I never have to worry about losing my docs. I've also used it to watch Netflix. My ONLY complaint is that the swpeakers are poorly placed. It's difficult to listen to anything without headphones or holding the device up to my ear. I'm somewhat hearing impaired so this may be my problem and not the device's. If you're looking for a versatile mini laptop, this is the device for you.

which is nice, but the click action of the touch pad ...
Very difficult to set up. Asks for Google account information; not just your Google email, but your name (not password) to verify your account. Which didn't work, despite retrying several times. Don't try to tab between fields here, "tab" means go to next page. The keyboard has a touchpad, which is nice, but the click action of the touch pad is way too sensitive. Try to move your cursor and it thinks you've clicked. It forces you to sign in to a Google account; I have several, and it kept saying "There's no Google Account with the information you provided". I double checked my name spelling on every account (never know, maybe I did "Mike" instead of "Michael")... no joy. Had to create a new account, what a waste.Set up is REALLY LENGTHY. Don't expect to be using this notebook quickly. It wants you to answer myriad questions, agree or decline various invasive and privacy-unfriendly options, etc. before it actually lets you use the tablet.Eventually it got to the point where it kept asking over and over again if I wanted to add any more email addresses. I kept clicking "Not now" and it would come back to the same screen, asking me to add more email addresses. Boy, they really want me to give them my email addresses! You can't seem to get past this screen. I finally turned it off. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow, or maybe I'll just return it.
