Supaclip 40 with 25 Stainless & 150 Multi-Coloured Clips

I have used--and loved, Loved, LOVED--these incredible clips for over a decade. The advantages are multitude: 1) Pages, whether 2 or 40, are held TIGHT. And that doesn't even address using the smaller or larger models. 2) The clips are stainless steel = no rust. Not even after years of storage. 3) They are reusable--endlessly. I've never had a single one fail. Well, maybe 1 when I forced it onto too many pages--it wasn't fond of closing tightly after that. 40 means 40, not 52. 4) They slide right off when you do that on purpose--and do not mar the paper at all. 5) The dispensers, in all their colors or clear, are easy to use and reload in a flash. And they keep the clips from cluttering the desk with loose (or tangled like paperclips) clam clips. 6) The clips also come in 5 colors beyond just the stainless silver. Each color is distinctive and attractive. 7) The clips do not hang up or hook on anything else. They are so sleek and take up only a smidgen more depth than a large paperclip, but are so smooth nothing snags on them. Even that small depth increase amounts to nothing if you vary where you clip on the paper edges. Now, compared to the butterfly clips...just don't go there. They are vastly superior. 8) They can also be used for crafts and hobbies. [Consider quilting and sewing.] Do a MacGyver on them and you'll find gazillion uses. How 'bout holding a place in a book, like a cookbook? Or marking particular pages with assigned colors when studying? Almost anything a paperclip or butterfly clip can do, the clam clip can do better and more securely. I haven't applied my self yet to jewelry designs using them...but don't let that stop you. 9) They make fantastic gifts. One size fits all!! The disadvantages? 1) If you lose the dispenser...too, too bad. I suppose you could work out some way to get these tight little puppies onto a handful of papers, but I wouldn't want to try it. 2) They would be totally useless to unbend and try to reset some electronic gizmo. 3) If you use them on papers you have to hand over to other people, you probably won't get them back. In fact, once you've given away one, guard your dispenser or it will have a tendency to wander off. There are more comments to make on these, but unfortunately, they will not hold thoughts together and I can't recall all I wanted to shout about. If you find you don't like these little darlings, feel free to send them to me. I'll give them a good home. Whoever conceived and engineered these deserves a raise! Just ask me, I'll tell you why. Again.

This is the neatest office gadget that I own. I own a lot of gadgets,too. I use about 50 paper clips a day. How do I know? I do about 50 quotes per day and each quote consists of about 8 peices of paper that I have to paper-clip together. Then I take the stack to another person to approve. Paper clips are not monogomous. They hook up with other paper clips and they even steal paper from other clips. I *hate* paper clips. So my daughter is into all things Euro (Dr. Who? Who??) and she showed me this ingenious little device. I ordered mine through Amazon from True Distribution, Inc. and now I can't say enough good things about it. The supaclips hold the papers snug. The supaclips do not hook up with other supaclips (or paper clips). They also do not try to steal papers from other supaclips. Now... if there was a way to make my co-workers give me back my clips!!! I guess I'll just have to buy them all SupaClip dispensers with clips, too. Awesome product! You should totally get one. Or two. Or more.

I’ve been buying these for years. Great product to clip my machine embroidery cutaway stabilizer to my Fast Frames. The size 40 clips are perfect and reusable. I recommend them to many folks in my machine embroidery groups.

Okay, this was a replacement sent by Amazon to compensate for the three previous orders where the description was different than the combination delivered. Product works fine and I do like that the 40 page size clips are available in colors, great for visual sorting and seems more vibrant for paper slide deck presentations. I began ordering this product due to my many years of using the clam clip version made by skilcraft that I've used for 20 yrs; however, I've found it increasingly difficult to find the dispenser and clips. These are a good alternative, but the dispensers are not of the same quality (different internal design and slightly smaller clip dimensions). The clips work perfectly well in the original clam clip system which is great; I find the Rapesco SupaClip dispensers are not as good. They work, but are prone to jams or failure to engage on first attempts. Much more sensitive as you approach the maximum paper capacity. My biggest complaint is that the 3 previous order does not match the description on the web page which indicates dispenser, 25 silver/stainless steel clips, and a box of 200 colored clips. All three packages and this gratis delivery all contain a box of only 150 color clips. This is 75% of what is advertised. To buy a package of 50 more clips equals roughly $5. Good product, but inaccurate description

Love these! Saw them being used in a fabric store to hold fabric on a bolt. I am using for the same thing. Keeping fabric neatly wrapped around pieces of foam core board like mini bolts. These clips hold the loose ends nicely.

Can only recommend to all those who don't like to constantly have their paper clips getting caught on other papers or come off at the most inconvenient moment. The clips hold tight and can be used over and over again. The medium size clip (#40) works for most jobs equivalent to an average to large size paper clip.

Me parece genial para sustituir las grapas, por si tienes que añadir algún que otro documento posteriormente. Es muy fácil de usar y los enganches o grapas (como queráis llamarlo) son bastantes resistentes. Tener en cuenta el gramaje de los folios, porque si es un gramaje de 80 o más, a veces no llega al límite de las 40 hojas. Por eso tener en cuenta el uso para cuantos hojas, sino comprar el de 60 e irá sin problemas. A pesar de ello, muy recomendable para estudio o trabajo.

Funktioniert genau so, wie man es erwartet. Spender an den Papierstapel halten, Schieber nach vorne drücken und der Clip ist angebracht. Die Clips halten erstaunlich gut bzw. fest und sind tatsächlich deutlich dünner als beispielsweise Binder-Clips. In den Spender passen 8 Clips, dann muss nachgefüllt werden. Das Nachfüller ist idiotensicher. Hinten ist eine Öffnung, Clips hereindrücken, fertig. Spender und die mitgelieferten Clips (sowohl die ungefärbten als auch die gefärbten) sind so gefertigt, dass sie alleine hinten nicht herausfallen. ABER: Der Hersteller hat auch Nachfüllclips im Sortiment ("Rapesco 1315 Supaclip 40 Edelstahl-Nachfüllklammern Großpackung, 350 Stück"). Zumindest meine Packung hatte deutliche Qualitätsunterschiede. Während die mitgelieferten Clips sehr fest halten und nicht aus den Spender fallen, ist dies bei der Nachfüllpackung nicht der Fall... Bleibt nur die Frage, ob und wenn ja, wie lange der Spender hält. Zumindest bis jetzt ein guter Eindruck (wenn man die Qualität der separaten Nachfüllclips ignoriert...).

Ich bin persönlich ein Fan von wiederverwendbaren Clips. Endlich konnte man die auch in Deutschland kaufen. Zu einem angemessenen Preis.
