Super functional spoon for children with needs
Our youngest has Down syndrome and we used this spoon to help him learn to eat, swallow, and use his mouth better. His OT and PT highly recommended this spoon and if you feel your child needs something like this, I cannot speak any higher on any other spoons over this spoon.

Helped my daughter to began holding things
Received on time and exceeded my expectations. I bought this to assist my child with learning to swallow which we haven't tried yet, but it has been an EXCELLENT learning tool in helping her to hold things. Before we purchased thia she would not try and hold ANYTHING, but the vibrations make her WANT to hold it. Not to mention it just takes 1AAA battery if I'm not mistaken and doesn't require and special made batteries.

Not worth the price point
Child did not like. It’s loud and attachments are very hard to get on and off.

Best brand switch ever
I used to be an user of another brand, but between hard to get batteries and a motor that kept dying on me, I tried this for a while and have to say that I spent time and money in vain in that other brand!

Works well for our purposes
We're use this to stimulate our little guy before feeding because he has trouble recognizing when his mouth is full and ends up shoving to much food in there and then spitting it out. Our seems to work well and he likes it.

Like better than z-vibe
We had a z-vibe, which worked well for oral stimulation, but is less sturdy (my son would flip it and chew the end with the battery opening). It also takes a special battery, while the sensi takes AAA. We're already able to partially generate an "L" sound after 1 day of demonstrating tongue position!
