Only been taking a couple of nights but it seems to have a difference on the quality of sleep. Not so much tossing and turning. Feeling more well rested when I wake up.

Qualia's formulas are among the most expensive money can buy. But, if you actually take the time to read the ingredients, there is not enough of any one ingredient in here to be effective. Why 50 mg of Magnesium, when most magnesium supplements are 2000 mg per night. It's pure profit, and low qualia... If you like this product, go buy the top 6 ingredients from another supplier and you will have 10X as much at 1/4 the cost.

Really works wonders. I've also had Senolytic before and that works amazing as well. I just wished the price was cheaper, but at least their products actually work well.

I have taken prescription sleeping meds for years. I tried this and miraculously had a good sleep. I do try to relax before bed, get off the phone and TV and listen to relaxing music. I have used it about 4 times. Only one night I woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep at 3am.

When I take two of these along with two of "NIGHT", I get a good restful sleep.
