Hasbro Gaming Monopoly Empire Game

Very fun game. Good quality.

This is a fun new version of the classic monopoly. It's the same general idea but with much faster game play so you don't have to commit several hours of your life to completing the game. My family of 4 usually finishes a game in about half an hour or so. This version of monopoly would probably appeal more towards kids too because it uses many popular brand names like xbox, yahoo, and puma. My only criticism of the game is the physical appearance of the game board. The colors are very dark and the pieces and cards tend to blend in a little. It just has sort of a cluttered "busy" look to it. But after playing it a few times we got used to it and it didn't bother us as much. Overall I would definitely recommend this game.

I played this game once and very briefly many years ago and haven't stopped thinking about wanting to own it! Very easy to learn, fast paced and doesn't drag on like original Monopoly might... I was happy to find this used but in good condition because it's a pretty expensive game. The box had some wear but did not represent the like-new pieces inside! Everything was shrink wrapped and packed in nicely. Had so much fun playing and it will get a lot of use during this pandemic!

I am a longstanding fan of classic Monopoly. So when my 9-year old asked me to buy Monopoly Empire, I quickly said yes. In the constant battle to have my kids off their electronic devices and onto reality, this game does the trick. It is faster moving than the original, and we complete most games with 3 players within 30-40 minutes, and with 2 players in even less time. There is very little strategy here, as you will typically buy up anything you can, although some strategy occurs with when you play the "Empire" cards. My 9-year old and 12-year old LOVE playing this game (a few weeks in) and while I don't think they are learning much about finance or real estate, they are marginally learning some basic math skills, and importantly are learning about being good winners (and losers), and are spending time off their screens. Overall, a solid family game which likely won't challenge you but will give you some fun quality time.

A lot of fun, in a fraction of the time as regular Monopoly. Great for kids and adults. I play with my 8 and 13 year olds and we love it. Game is quite fast so you can get in another one without getting bored or tired. Younger kids can play since it doesn't have all the technical rules as the original.

Ordered 7-06-23 and Received 7-11-23 (Expedited Shipping). I received the game complete and impressively packaged so that nothing fell out during transit. There are a lot of reviews out there where folks received incomplete or damaged games but this wasn’t the case here. I had a good feeling about this transaction since it was the first time a seller actually messaged me after making a purchase. USPSman assured me of his quality and how he stood behind his products. Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical but he continued to communicate with me throughout shipping - which was really cool and unique. Many don’t like Monopoly Empire but this game has sentimental value to me and my family and I was just glad to have it back in the house all complete and at a decent price.

My friends and I love this monopoly game. Before I will always refuse to play monopoly since it is always a long tiring game. I never even want to learn how to play monopoly. I was at my friend's house and he suggested that we should give this game a try and I fell in love with the game that I had to purchase my own. This version is fast, fun, and easy. Every time my friends come over to my place, I will suggest to play monopoly empire. Now I am the one who is addicted to the game.
