I’ve waited so long to order this because although I knew that I needed it, I thought it would be a disgusting job. So I found it was very simple to put together easy to use and seriously not a big nasty mess like I thought it would be. Do a quick rinse and put it away to allow to air dry until next time. I think it’s important to use this daily and I can already tell a difference in my allergy symptoms.

A regular neti pot is better....
The flow rate of this thing is very low. It's a clever design, and looks like it would work, but I found it too restricted by far.Also, the little schnazzle thing come off when the little cap thing is removed. So toss the cap, because that's annoying.Finally, the packets of salt are almost impossible to open without a knife or scissors, which I didn't happen to have in the shower with me....As for the little packets, if you make a mix of 1 part salt to 1/2 part Baking soda, you can make a ton for a buck, so no need for them either.So, total loss, tossed it into the garbage.It looked like such a good idea, but alas, no.
