FANTASTIC Massage Gun!!
FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Great Customer Service
We love this massage gun. We have used it almost daily for 6 months. Unfortunately, we let the battery drain down a few times. The last time that happened, it appeared to charge. When we took it off the charger to start it up, nothing. We contacted the customer support team. They responded unexpectedly over the weekend. The massage gun was under warranty, so we submitted our claim, which was super easy, and a replacement was promptly sent. Customer support gave me updates throughout the process. The customer service went above what I expected and I will buy from them again.

Customer service is second to none.
I purchased the Bob and Brad C2 Pro Massage Gun with heat and cold therapy in December 2024 and the unit is amazing and runs quiet compared to some units. My wife has back pain quite often and this unit helps a lot to relieve the pain. Their customer service is second to none. We encountered a problem and their customer service took care of it immediately. I would recommend this massage gun to anyone having muscle pain especially back pain.

This is my second purchase with Bob & Brad. I love their products and the people who work there. They sound like a family. Maybe they are! ☺️I am a licensed massage therapist and I like starting a session with my clients face down. I often do a run of the vibrators up and down the body. It's not too loud and it's subtle. The vibrator wakes up the muscles before I start a session and feels wonderful. I think a lot of us sit or stand in the same position throughout the day and this a quick wake me up. l like the new hot and cold feature. So far, hot is their choice. ☺️ When I'm not working I use it a lot on myself. My hips and legs are very grateful. 🙏So, do you want a new massage gun/muscle vibrator? Here you go! Money well spent! 👍

Great Customer Service! I had previously posted a lower rating for a massage gun that would not charge. I was delighted after I contacted the seller directly and explained the issue. Customer Service is Top Notch!!
This was a wonderful massage gun and had so many attachments. We did have an issue after six months, the charger stopped charging. I contacted Bob and Brad and their customer service team was amazing! They immediately addressed my issue and sent a replacement. We were up and running again in no time! I understand sometimes products have issues but what means the most to me is how the company handles the issue. Bob and Brad's team did everything right - I am a very happy customer and would definitely purchase from them again in the future!!

What an amazing company!!
I bought one of these massage guns in December because my daughter had surgery and needed relief. It worked wonderfully for a few weeks, but then it died. Why, then, you might well ask, would I say that the company is amazing? I called customer service and left a message. My thought was there might be a known fix. I got a call back the next day and spoke with a great customer service rep who told me that they had a problem with a batch of the C-2 massage guns that had a faulty chip causing the exact problem I had. They apologized profusely and said that they would replace it. The replacement came today. Not only did they replace it, they upgraded it to a MUCH higher level one. The packages also automatically include spare parts of the rubber grommet that can wear over time, so you don’t have to worry about contacting them for support when one of the grommets wears out. You already have it!!No matter how hard you try in business (or life!) there will be problems. The test of excellence is not just getting everything right, but the big test is what you do when there is a bump in the road. Bob and Brad have such a commitment to excellence that they solved my problem immediately and extremely well. In their communications, somehow they conveyed to me that they really cared about me as a customer. I felt like I got service like I was one of their family members or friends. I communicated with several people from Bob and Brad and always got the same impression. This is really a magnificent company. They out to teach other companies how to do customer service. My ONLY regret about them is that they have a limited number of products! I wish they sold a thousand things so I could buy more things from them. Do business with them! You will not regret it!!
