How to clean the inside of the seal?

Hi, I've used a small soft bristled tooth brush dipped in warm soapy water and then used tea towel to dry off. Quite honestly the inside really hasn't got very dirty. Hope this helps.

Is it dishwasher-safe?

We do not recommend putting the stopper in the dishwasher. Our recommendation is to rinse with warm water after use and let air dry completely before storing.
