No it doesn't. If u looking at purchasing this plant I would advise you don't. It is highly overpriced and the picture is misleading. Mine arrived absolutely tiny and the plant started to die within a week

Can these be planted outdoors

Personally, I keep it indoors and away from harsh lights. Didn't actually receive this gorgeous plants just a mere green striped one.... Never got a replacement and I stopped buying from the company Depending where you live I think that it would prefer a shady spot sometimes in the summer but in the UK home!
