Simple fan header
Not much to say. Very simple and works like it should.

Worked perfectly
The splitter works and powers all the fans. If you can get the PWM working, check these 3 things.1: you plug this controller into the CPU fan header.2: you plug one of your fans into the red header on the controller.3: make sure the fans you're using are PWM.

Could use better welds.
I bought 2 because I have a total of 14 fans to connect and splitting them off the connectors from the Motherboard is a bad idea. One was great, the other...not so much. They have an engineering defect. The bracket relies solely on the solder joints and has no welds at the ends to support tension that can be applied to the bracket.

If you've got a lot of fans, you might want to start your own fan club.
Works great for up to ten fans.

Simple straight forward fan hub. Easy double sided pad to mount inside the case.

Yes I expected cheap, but I also expected it to at least work.
I picked this up just because I wanted to offload my case's fans power draw from the motherboard and onto the PSU directly. It's an extra machine that I am repurposing for a NAS and webserver, just for my personal use so it's not high performance or really demanding. I don't need individual fan control, RGB or anything else, so I went with this. However it was DOA. Following the instructions the CPU fan isn't detected or running and can't get any fans to spin up whatsoever; tried different SATA power connectors, tried just going off the CPU_OPT and other fan headers leaving the CPU on its own (CPU fan worked again of course, but any fans connected to this thing still no go.)

it takes the power strain off the motherboard and puts it on the power supply where it belongs
