I ordered it to connect my SD card reader to my Android phone. When I put a protective case on the phone the card reader could no longer plug in completely. This extension cable does plug in through the hole in the case and works perfectly. Product was just what was described.

I bought this to give a little more reach to the iPod 30-pin to micro USB adapter, which I have connected to my bedside alarm clock to charge my Android phone. For about $12 for the two pieces, it's a much cheaper option than the CableJive product.

This cable is a true 5 wire micro USB extention cable. I purchased it to allow me to use my SEEK infrared camera with my Galaxy 5 phone. The charging port cover was in the way if i tried to plug the camera directly into my phone. Works great and very fast delivery

This is the only one of the three cables by this seller that supports both charging/syncing and OTG. The other two support only one mode or the other. Don't waste you time on them unless you know you will only need to do the one operation, because they don't run the 5th line that is required to switch between modes. This is the only one that does.

Perfect product. You need to be a little technical to know what this cable intended for and you will be happy with the purchase.A little short though. May be 3 ft would have been better.

Needed a cable to use as a transfer and charging adapter. I was tired of taking the otter box to use my otg card reader. This cable does a great job. The short length is great as well.

I picked a couple of these up for a project (installing a tablet in my car). I cut the molding off of the male end, the molding was solid and the soldering underneath was well done also. It works perfect for my situation.
