I came across the same problem when my game said not available. It turns out you have to wait for some medicines to arrive. This may be the same case with your child. I hope you find my answer helpful to your kid.

Yes. I would know. I’m ten. As long as they love horses this would be great for a 9 year old.

Q: We have purchased antibiotics but they never show up. She is unable to do anything in the game because the horse is ill. Is there a trick?

Unfortunately, you need to wait for the medicine to arrive to care for your horse. While waiting, you can do feeding, showering, combing, etc.
