FLEISCHMANNS YEAST Instant Dry Active Yeast, 16 OZ

My yeast arrived quickly and it is very fresh. it does not expire until July 2022 (18 months from now).I prefer this brand of yeast when I bake because it is always very active and I have good results when using it,For those concerned about keeping a large amount of yeast fresh what I do is keep a small container in the fridge ( i use an old yeast bottle) and I store the rest tightly sealed in my freezer. To seal and keep out moisture i secure a rubber band around the original package to wrap it tightly and then I place that into a ziplock bag and rubber band that tightly too. Then I just refill my jar in the fridge as needed. My yeast stays fresh for months that way!I would also note that the seller is very engaged. They emailed me after my item was shipped to see if I received it and if I was happy. Very proactive, I am happy with my purchase,

For storage it’s so compact. When opened freshness abounds with taste and smell. I use this for my bread and bakery making items. Will absolutely purchase again and again. After opening I transfer to a glass jar with air tight lid and store in refrigerator after each use.
