Order a size up!
Order a size up from what you think you need! According to their chat I should have been a large and indeed I am a large among most manufacturers. Nope, not here. It felt like the large was trying to crush my head. XL fits MUCH better. I got this because I wanted something with the Snell badge (safety is everything) and compatibility with the HJC Smart Bluetooth. I did a separate review for the smart Bluetooth, but short answer is it's not very good. I found the weight to be no issue. It never fatigues my neck or anything like that. The padding is good quality and even throughout. A lot of the padding is actually removable to help install the smart Bluetooth. Road noise is manageable. The matte black looks cool but it's a real fingerprint magnet. The visor is very easy to remove and replace as are the hinges if you need to. The vents work well so even on hot days you won't be pressure cooking your head. There's also a diffuser to use some airflow to help clear fog and it works really well. I like the helmet and I'm happy with it, but I feel like the smart Bluetooth ruins the whole thing. If I had to do it again I would probably get an HJC C70 instead. Still, this one is comfortable, works great, and makes no compromises on safety, so I do still recommend this. Especially at the low price point.

runs on the small side
Had to return due to it running on the small size! I wasn't happy that I was charged an almost $45 "restocking charge"!!!

Excellent price. Very lightweight. Very comfortable once it's broken in (about 4 hrs of wear)

Order next size up
Smaller than my last HJC. Was XL before and ordered again. Should have ordered XXL. Cheek pads are tight like others have mentioned. I ordered XXL pads and now fits great. Nice helmet for the money.

Prevented worse injury or death when a car hit me.
I was riding to work, I was wearing my 2-3 month old HJC i10 helmet. If not for that helmet I wouldn't be able to type this.

Excellent helmet
Great helmet with both DOT and SNELL safety certification. Has built in mounting for the HJC 10B and 20B Bluetooth headsets if you're thinking of buying one

Be sure you know your head size or pay return shipping!
Incredibly small for an extra-large, had to pay to return. Will not do that ever again. Go get fitted!

light and quiet at 50-60
it was way lighter than my other helmet but not cheap. and it’s pretty quiet 50-60
