Oxygen reader
It was great easy to use, did find it a bit hard to get the strap on but that could just be me

Great product, seems accurate and has plenty of useful features.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but read a lot of the reviews and went for it, the price was pretty good and it comes with access to an app (although it wasn't obvious that the app had Apple Health integration).Anyway, happy to say that this oximeter is pretty good. I've compared the readings to what my Apple Watch is seeing and they were within 4% or 5% of each other. The app was extremely easy to set up. I have an iPhone 11, just installed the app, opened it and when prompted said it was OK for it to access Bluetooth. Then I turned the oximeter on, it instantly showed up in the app and a quick tap later and it was paired.Looking in the settings of the app I found an Apple Health option, I switched that on and then could see the results instantly appear in the health app. Very easy to set up and use.So far I have been very impressed, it does everything I want and more.

A basic and rather pricey unit.
Purchased this item for use at home. It comes with batteries, remains to be seen how long they will work. I was a health professional back in the day and SPO2 finger recorders like this are for 'spot' use only. Not to be left on a digit for too long. They can, in certain circumstances, cause damage to the finger tissue, so follow the instructions and don't leave it on for more than a couple of minutes. There is a cord which can be threaded through the device to enable it to be worn like a lanyard. But why anyone would want to do that is debatable. We used the lanyard cord at work to hook it onto the BP machine so it wouldn't get lost. There is no cover with it. It arrives in a neat little box, with a plastic shell around it for protection. There is a folded instruction leaflet, the print is quite small though. It gives a reading pretty fast when switched on of the peripheral oxygen saturation. But, be aware, if fingers are cold or if nail varnish is worn, the result can be incorrect. The pulse rate is simply the number of beats recorded by the sensor. To get an accurate heart rate, it is better to do a manual reading and check the rhythm and strength of the heart rate (pulse). It will not identify an arrhythmia or if the pulse is thready or bounding and hard. For a first aid kit is is ok, but I wouldn't be paying the same amount again in a hurry, particularly when yiuo can get the same item from other companies, including Boots, for less than half the price. It is well made, good quality, but I reiterate, it is expensive for a basic SPO2 probe. It is a nice little unit, but I would suggest the link to mobile technology is not what it appears to be, compared with the advert on here. It is really hard to link it up to a smart phone (I have three different types, one for work, one for home and one belonging to my son), it would not link to any of them. I will update this monitor if anything changes.

Good Pulse Oximeter and ‘bluetooth’ App
Well designed with colour display. Accurate (checked against NHS devices).Perhaps a bit small for those with very large fingers? Does not work well in bright sunshine!I really like the iPhone App with which it ‘pairs’, the data automatically saves and ‘history’ can be reviewed off-line. Graphs displayed on the iPhone App are very useful for me during exercise, also large clear numeric values for Blood Oxygen % and Pulse rate.Overall I think this is good value and would buy again.

Actually quite good
I read up on these devices - there was a US medical paper I found that looked at their precision which overall for most manufacturers wasn’t very accurate. However, this device seems to be reasonably accurate and I think would certainly give a good indication of a low reading that could be a sign of issues.Connected first time to the app and was quick and simple. No issues. Gives a graph of heart rate and blood oxygen level. Syncs seamlessly to Apple health app too on my iPhone 12 Pro. Very nice little display on the device itself so can easily be used on its own.I think it’s definitely good value.

Don't recommend!
Monitor cuts off! With the slightest of movement, information isn't correct either, don't recommend. Paid too much money also

Very basic unit and erratic performence
Bought this to work alongsided existing oximeter The blue tooth and smart phone display were one selling point.I have given it a fair try but unit is very basic compared with my older unit.Small display but WON'T rotate so can only be used on right hand. Used on left hand which I prefer gives upside down reading. There is no SS or PI at all either on screen on in the app. I check SS occasionally. Results were erratic compared with existing one. initially droppping to 86! All the units take 1-2 mins to settle but even then it would.suddenly jump down to danger level. The existing one never does this. I bought this primarily for the phone display but this is very basic and with erratice results ot wouldn't be useful to record. It could just be a faulty unit. It is old stock with manufacturing date on certificate Dec 2021 so thst could be reason. But this and poor display info as well made it all a reason to return. I will have to look at other more expensive bluetooth ones. It's essential for to have a reliable unit and preferable one that has all functions and records results.
