Didn't get a feeling it's new
When I receive the product outer package is not looking good I feel like it's already used box, I feel like some used and returned machine is placed in old box.i didn't get a feeling it's new.

Very good machine
I am very happy to buy this machine. There were one or two issues I found not convenient one was needle threader and other was pico. I suggest you to first take demo and then only use it. Usha provided demo within two days. width selector adds great value to the machine you can create many designs with only one stitch. Also it is light weight but does not shake while being operated.
