I liked that it is portable. You don't need a microwave oven to heat it. In other products I have used, I would have to reheat the patch in the microwave to keep it warm. With Eyegiene, all you do is open the packet, pop the warmers in the eyepatch and it is ready to go! Love that! The warmers stay at the appropriate temperature throughout the required 10 minutes. No guesswork involved. My vision is clearer and my eyes are less dry after using this product. I took it on a trip with some refills, recently, and it served not only as a dry eye relief but also as a soothing, relaxing "spa" treatment. 😊. Thank you for this product!

These were great to have, post eye surgery for heat compress. I purchased several boxes and all of the wafers worked well. They got so warm that I had to place a thin washcloth between my skin and mask compress.

These are okay, but I prefer my mask that plugs in. These do not get hot enough and lose heat faster than the plug-in style.

You have an eye mask that you place a self-heating wafer in a pocket for each eye. These wafers start self-heating within a minute and, last about 15-minutes. The temperative is safe and effective to heat up your tear glands that are located in your eyelid. I use it for twelve minutes and then have a trouble-free day from dry eye syndrome. The pricing is reasonable and the mask and wafers are HSA eligible. Great product!

The heat compress is good and comfortable. But when I wash the mask I found the black material dye the water to black, I wash it in cold water so this is weird

I tried the mask at it worked great! My eyes felt better after I used it!!

Be warned. You cannot return this product. I received a double order, which I did not place, and is not eligible for refund. As far the one that I did order, the inserts get very hot. I could not keep the mask on as I thought it was going to burn my skin. Followed all instructions .Ophthalmologist warned against heat as this can cause more inflammation with dry eyes. Warm is best.Unfortunately, the box I ordered and the one I didn't will go in the trash.

I ordered this to see if it would help with a chalazion. My eye doctor recommended warm compresses to relieve the swelling. These worked well and were very easy to use. I ordered the refills also to continue using this system until my problem is resolved.They are a little pricey, but I don't have a microwave and this is the easiest way to have a heated compress.
