The touchscreen stopped working correctly 6 months after I purchased. I purchased it for my dad to use as an mp3 player for his truck and make a few calls every once in a while so it wasn't used all day every day. The touchscreen now gets phantom presses and is unusably accurate after the screen has been on for 2-3 minutes. I have to turn the screen off for 5-10 seconds to input a few commands before it stops working correctly.Don't buy one of these if you are in the US as there is no warranty there.

Had plenty of memory, just what I was looking for.

Was getting this phone for my mom who was going to use it with Ting (T-Mobile network), all the research i did on here and on other websites showed it would work, but I found it did not.looked into the other listed compatible services it could be used on but found none that were compatible.I'm not rly trying to give this phone a bad review due to not being able to use it, but I thought I would let anyone know what happened to me.

The battery life is really poor

I am not too proud to admit that I buy cheap phones. I have never had problems with any until this one. It randomly calls other people while I am on a call, once calling my son as a response when my daughter, who I was speaking to, said I'm going to call {NAME OF MY SON}. It also ends my calls before I am ready to. I appreciate Amazon's return policy and will be returning this phone.

I purchased this phone as a gift for someone. The manual is not in English, I only speak English, and so is the person that I am going to give this phone to.I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
