Sealed manhole
Decent quality but maybe a thicker rubber seal would be prudent

Easy to install
I've never fitted a recessed drain cover before this, I've always been concerned re getting the levels correct, but due to the construction and sturdiness it was really easy. I particularly like the fact that it's size completely covered an older drain cover, so much that I could change it's orientation to keep it in line with the paving I was laying. Would definitely highly recommend this product

Fits the hole and took the slabs
Was concerned by the outer plastic frame but unit was delivered without outer packaging (not necessary) so could see all good. The frame is covered by the surrounding slabs so it is not vulnerable. My slabs were 35 - 40 thick and with mortar base were above the edge of the frame. However this looks fine.Care must be taken to get levels right. My Inspection chamber was to high, so using 4" cutting disc, reduced by 50 mm and then bedded the frame on nominal 25 mm mortar to make levels work. This unit was a perfect fit for the opening of my previous 50 years old ridiculously heavy concrete job. I was able to fit the new by myself where as I need help with removing the old,

Could used a drain hole
Very study and easy to fit.Exactly as described. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's actually water tight. I drilled a couple of small holes and treated the exposed metal so the water has somewhere to go after it rains.
