Perfect sand anchor for floats
I bought two of these last year to anchor my Airhead gangplank inflatable rafts at the lake, as there were not great options for where to tie them so kids didn't end up jumping off into the lines. I couldn't have been happier. They are very thick sturdy material, no fear of the clasp breaking or the handles letting go. The ropes are thick with solid carbiners to attach them to whatever you are tying down. We took the gangplanks to the beach last summer and used these to anchor them just off the beach so the kids could play on them in the waves. After use all summer at the lake, then a week of constant beating in the ocean waves, they still look brand new. Keep in mind that at the beach if you have them underwater (as opposed to just lying on the beach anchoring something in the water), they will shift over time as the waves pull them back and forth, even if they are completely full, but not quickly. We would have to drag them back upshore every hour or so as the current and waves slowly walked them down the beach, but we also had our raft right in the heaviest of waves for the most fun, so that was part of it. Highly recommend - quality product.

Don’t go cheap! Buy quality!
Don’t waste your time looking for a different anchor for your personal watercraft. These are large and sturdy and they hold a large amount of rocks in-store easily in your forward waterproof storage container. On a recent trip to the lake, with winds blowing, my personal watercraft did not move an inch. And, emptying the bag couldn’t be easier. On the bottom of the bag is a handle that allows for the anchor bag to be easily handled upside down under the water to dump the rocks out. What a great product what a great price!Thank you Amazon and thank you SandSak!

Genius. Perfect for jet skis.
Easily the best accessory purchased for our jet skis. Used in both fresh and saltwater, holds firmly on sandy or “mucky” bottoms. One bag 3/4 filled with wet sand held two tethered Kawasaki skis in place on somewhat rough water (boat wakes, etc). Went to Galveston this last weekend and had no problem with our skis being pushed into shore even with rough waters. Everyone asks what they are and where we got them, and both friends and strangers have ordered their own on the spot when we tell them they’re on Amazon. Solid benefit: you don’t have to haul around a metal anchor in the thin hill of the jet ski, just a lightweight PVC bag that you fill when you get where you’re going and dump when you’re done. Hands down, perfect anchor.

Great anchor and dry bag
Worked great as an anchor. About half full is all it takes to secure two tubes in calm waters. The ability to just empty it out and fold it flat was very helpful as well. And after hours at the bottom of the lake, the sand inside was still dry. No doubt it would make an excellent dry bag.

Upgrade D ring fill it with sand
The whole thing is awesome and works 1000 times better with my waverunner than the typical iron claw anchors. Specially when it’s windy which is always at the lake we have here in Colorado.I filled mine up with play sand that I’ve got from the local Home Depot it was like $5 or so, now it has 50 pounds of clean sand in it. (It’s important that you use clean sand! Do not use pokey rocks etc.) The only thing I expect some problem in the future is by the plastic D rings. I’m afraid one day the bag will stay at the bottom of the lake unless you upgrade it your self. I would recommend to use a metal chain ring instead the plastic ones to avoid this scenario.

Good quality for the price
I use this for my Personal watercraft in calm water. I also love it for anchoring floaties for my kids when we are at the lake! We have used it about 20 times this summer and it still looks like new with no punctures.

Great bag, not so great rope
These are nice sized dry bags/anchors. I bought a couple to hold our personal water craft on the sandy shores. I also purchased a couple of Fiskars Composite Soil Scoops (7068) to fill the bags with sand that work great and save the hands and fingers from foreign objects, sea shells or broken glass that may be in the sand. Do get those too, easy to carry around, very light and pretty much indestructible. These bags hold a lot of sand. More than the smaller bags I have purchased and really helps keep the skis from floating away with heavy waves or current. You don’t have to fill them all the way so from my experience more versatile than smaller bags. My only complaint is the rope. It is not the best quality and between the two bags I bought they varied in length quite a bit and are too long. You can replace the rope, cut the rope shorter or what I did was tie a few loops in the rope so I can select a length - see picture. Tie the loops at home so you don’t have to mess with them in the water. The inline float on loop was also in the middle of the rope, where is it worthless there. So you may want to slide it closer to one side depending on where it is when you get it. Depending on where you are you may want two bags. Last time we were out I tied the heavy bag up front and the smaller ones we already had off the back. I didn’t have to worry about these with that set up under pretty heavy chop. I bought the bigger bags for this season because the smaller ones just weren’t holding up over time with some of the chop from other boats and I had to go out and reset them every once in a while. If you only get one bag get this one. If you decide on two a larger and smaller should work great. The rope on the smaller bags was of the right style and quality.

Nice thick, but lightweight rope
Nice thick, but lightweight rope. Bag is made of good material with good buckles. Not sure if I’d put rocks in it, but is great with beach sand. Dual use - sand anchor or dry storage is great. This is used to anchor a jet ski and does well.
