It comes well packaged, I got the 3 different ones, the price is good it was cheaper to get all three together if you a person how loves Alyce and cooks a lot is worth getting all three , plus they can be use for a lot different dishes . the quality of the peppers are better then what I was expecting, they also smell strong spicy in a good way 🌶️ I use them to make aguachiles rojos.. I recommend to wash them before use ..

Chilies arrived quickly & well sealed. I already used half of the Ancho & Gaujillo chilies in my Pozole Soup, which turned out great! I’d been craving it for awhile since the place I used to buy it from is too far away now. The recipe I found on SimplyRecipes.com for Pozole Rojo (Mexican Pork and Hominy Stew) worked really good. Plus I have enough extra to make it again.I’ll use the Pasillas for some pork Tamales later.
