More than a decade of using this mask. I would not purchase anything else. Yes, I replace them as needed, but nothing is as comfortable.

If this is the kind you use then you will like this one.

They show several pics of things they KNOW are not included. No nasal pillows. No hose. It’s JUST the straps. Do not be misled.

I hadn't worn my CPAP in years and decided I should start wearing it again. My old tube was yellowed and the straps on the headpiece were disintegrated. So, I got this with low hopes that it would work with a 20-year-old CPAP. To my surprise, it works great. It stays on my head as expected. It is comfortable and the adjustments are easy.Happy with this purchase.

I have slept with a CPAP machine for over 10 years and went through every type of mask and headgear there was, pretty much. Because I have a mustache and beard, I found that the best option for me was the use of nasal pillows and this is my favorite head gear to use.It's lightweight, easy to put on and last a reasonably long time. But they don't last forever. Eventually, the back stretchy strap that has velcro on the ends eventually fails.Even still, I get a good three or four years of nightly use before requiring a replacement.

Looks the same and works the same as the original which is exactly what I wanted. Will buy again as long as the quality does not change and the price does not rocket up.
