Naruto, Vol. 11: Impassioned Efforts Paperback – September 5, 2006

Great Manga.

Bought this for my Naruto collection. The cover, spine, and pages were in good conditions. There is a little wear, which I expected since it's used, but everything is clean with no damages. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I love Naruto manga and anime (I have all of them)...this is one of the coolest books in the series. It shows Naruto training with the Toad Sage to prepare for the final round of the Chunin exams. It is a funny volume...and full of action. I love a scene that takes place between Naruto and Hinata when Naruto is on his way to fight Neji. Naruto is feeling down and Hinata encourages him. Naruto says that he likes people like her. She always remembers this since she really loves Naruto. It is an important moment for Hinata and Naruto. Buy it from Amazon!! Masashi Kishimoto rocks!!

Buying used on amazon is the best way for a manga collector, bar-none.This came in new condition from a used seller and the shipping time was minimal. . . I remember it being under a week. Overall the series is pretty riveting, though I heard it gets really ho-hum in the latter portions (no surprise after 60-something volumes) and so I've stopped collecting this specific series.The volume itself was fine, however. Decide for yourself if you wanna commit to 60+volumes series :P

Jiraiya is by far one of my favorite characters in all of the Naruto series and his character is just a joy to see and read and watch (besides the part where he...you know...). Any volume containing Jiraiya really makes me smile! Especially in this volume at the part where he's teaching Naruto the summoning jutsu and the face he makes when Naruto summons the tadpole instead of the toad is absolutely hilarious! Yeah, I absolutely love this volume!

Our 11 y/o is finally enjoying to read because of these books. I haven't the slightest clue as to what they are about, but he sure does and he loves them. No more fighting to get him to complete his 1 hour of mandatory reading/day. Often times, he can put the books down ( I am slowly buying him the monster collection of Naruto books that he has wanted.

Great book and good read for teenagers or young adults.
