How often does this filter need to be replaced?

It depends how much water goes through it. There's a change indicator on the filter holder. There are two of us using the tap and we change the filter every 3 months.

This is not best fit. So your question doesnt matter.

Does this remove fluoride ?

Not completely, but up to some extent
