Wasn’t dry at all. Glides so smoothly across my lip. Great durability as it does not break when lining my lips. Great value for the money. Color was so perfect to do a dual lip or just a solid lip. There is no awful smell. Functionally works great!

Great Neutral Undertone Liner
This is one of my favorite brown lipliners. I struggle with finding the perfect shade for my warm neutral undertone. But this one is great! For the perfect pinky nude lip, I paired it with Wet N Wild lipstick in Never Nude, then topped it with Ruby Kisses Crystal Lipgloss in the shade Pink Lemonade. ❤️😘
