First of all I shall apologize to post the feedback very late ..being a doctor I was in crisis of work and time. But this product is good for use. Initially I had problem which the company and manufacturer should be clear. The refill bottle of 20 litre must be of standard quality then only it will work..I had water overflow from the machine which made us confused. So we tried to contact amazon customer care but as per the policy the customer number is hided. So theres a big problem to get the technical help from company. Second issue is seller dont have any such service portals to deal with technical problems. But with constant confrontation to Amazon finally got the seller services . The seller finally was helpful on video call with the help of technician. So I am now satisfied with their help. So I would recommend the product working. But Amazon and seller should mention about technical service availability only in Noida and not else where. There should be clarity about services for the products.

This product will dispense normal and got water, you will not find this product in offline market with these two functionality only and that too in this price. Good deal

This product almost burned my house down! quite literally. On the very first use, as soon as I plugged it in, it sparked violently, and the IC breaker tripped automatically. That is not just defective! it’s dangerous. At first, Amazon accepted my return request. But since then, it’s been a month of ridiculous failed pickup attempts: April 14, 16, 20, 22, 29, May 7 ... all marked as "Customer not ready". Not once did I get a call from the carrier. Not one. After enduring the standard "Please give us 2 minutes to check with our expert..." script over multiple support calls, today I was told that my return window closed on April 22... as if it’s my fault for “reaching out late.” Excuse me? I’ve been trying since day one. This feels less like poor service and more like a structured scam. You sold me a product that’s a safety risk and then ghosted the return process. Is this how you treat customers who trust your platform? Amazon, I expect better ! Not just for me, but for others who could genuinely get hurt by this device.

i was double minded before ordering but the prize was cheap so i gave an shot ordering and i found that its an solid and very perfect product quality i needed. it takes hardly 1.2sec hot water you can't take a sip. its fast.

does exactly what it is supposed to and with precision. quick heating and very efficient. its been 2 months and its working perfectly. Thank You Amazon **** writing this after nine months of use. functions flawlessly and is in perfect condition. strong and sturdy as it has easily taken 20 plus KG load numerous times by now. Thanks Amazon once again!

This product is ok, but after some days it started leaking, I called service too they are not responding properly

If there is a details on quality of this plastic used would be great.
