Q: My order came without the Pump Cap. How can i get one sent to me?

Not sure... look up product's manufacturer and may have replacement parts.

Q: What is the diameter of the opening used to fill the tank? I’m curious to know if it’s wide enough to add ice cubes to the tank.

The inner diameter of the opening is 1.5 inches. We specifically made it that big to be able to easily add ice!

Q: Does this come with a hose fill valve?

No, this one does not come with the hose fill valve. It's not really needed as it only takes about 30 seconds of pumping to get it up to full pressure.

Q: Can you remove the hose it comes with and connect a garden hose to it?

Yes, all of the fittings are standard garden hose thread.
