What an unique and novel flavor for pickles. as a family we love our jackfruit and in the offseason, I chanced upon this and went straight for this flavor. Loved it because it tasted as yumm and meaty as jackfruit are. My family enjoyed these as we are always used to only lime pickles, this was really new for us.

Excess of citric acid and lemon juice has made it very sour.One can hardly taste the jackfruit because of overwhelming sourness
