No Static Hair Comb [Gift Box] – pureGLO Detangling Fine Tooth Wooden Hair Combs, Green Sandalwood Buffalo Horn Comb, Gift for Men Women and Kids

This detangler comb is the best brush/comb/ detangler I’ve ever purchased for myself and my twin daughters. As toddlers, they sleep plenty and their strands keep getting bunched up in round knots. My daughters’ hair was so badly knotted, I needed to buy a strong, but very slick bristle comb to ease her pain and this is the solution. I myself have static thinning medium length and combing it couple of times made my hair straighten a little. I stopped using iron straighteners after finding out how damaging the direct heat it causes to the hair strands and now becoming more health conscious about types of materials that are both sustainable and eco-friendly products. I am now considering ordering more other PureGlo natural combs/ brushes! Trust me this product is worth ordering. I spent hundreds of dollars getting hair rebond and or keratin treatments which might no longer be necessary if I just use these products often??Too clean and also improve your strands use jojoba oils. I heard about the benefits of buffalo horn comb and decided I would try it. I was told that the buffalo horn comb promotes the circulation of the scalp and help hair growth. And I ordered one set each from two different companies. The other one was cheaper. When I received both set I found that the handles of this set were rounded and better constructed as well as more comfortable to use. This set of comb had better quality and workmanship for a little higher price. The gift box made a perfect gift for lady of all ages. Authentic Buffalo horn comb is static free and is easy on tangled hair. My hair is thinning and I can’t afford to pull more out when combining it. After I started using the comb I felt my hair is more manageable and fuller. I can’t tell the results is from less fallout or more growing. It’s claim of anti- static is definitely true. I got one for my husband too who has a stubborn part of hair on his side that gel could not even tame but after he used the buffalo horn comb the unruly hair actually stayed down without gel. What’s more was the great customer service, the fine tooth comb of my set had a one tooth that was not spaced perfectly. I got my replacement in a few days after I contacted them. I own my own business so I really understand it take dedication to provide good customer service.

First and foremost, I do not get paid to write reviews. I also did not get this product free in exchange for a good review.Being ex military, I didn't have to comb my hair for a very long time. So, when I decided earlier this year to change my hair style, I was in need of a comb for the first time in 20 years.I spent days pouring over combs and their corresponding reviews before I came upon this comb. I liked the look and the price wasn't terrible, so I took a chance.I've been using my first comb for about 6 months now and it goes through a lot of abuse as I travel a lot for work. It's held up very well to the constant travel and airline handling. The wood on my first wasn't the same color as in the picture, but it's real wood. The plastic has held up nicely and overall the comb does a great job.If there is any downfall; though, some would see it as a perk is that the handle is very short. I can only put three fingers on it versus my whole hand. It's not a deal breaker, but it is noticeably the first time you hold it.I actually like this so much that I bought a second one just for my travel bag. The coloring of the wood is very different from my first, but I expect that from real wood.Overall a great product and worthy of multiple purchases.

Update 8/4/2017: After understanding in more detail how the buffalo horn teeth works and why it has a distinctive smell I am changing my rating of this comb. Keep in mind the form, fit and function of the comb is A-1. Also, the smell has started to fade after usage so I am now able to really enjoy this product. The smell is really only present on the buffalo horned teeth when the comb is wet. The sandalwood handle smells nice. Like I said the smell is starting to fade significantly since I posted my review. I also found out through further research that the smell is also a way of determining if you have a real buffalo horn tooth comb versus a fake one. So all in all I really love this comb and would definitely recommend to my friends but I would advise them to be patient and that the smell will fade.I like the construction of the comb, but the smell is very bad. It smells like something is burning. I have been trying to give it some time but the smell is not going away. The smell of this comb makes me sick to my stomach. I will be returning this comb this week for sure. Again, nicely constructed comb, but the smell is undesirable at best.

I've had this comb for a couple of months now after I decided to try and grow out my hair for the quarantine. My hair isn't very long at the moment, I'd assume about 4 inches in length at most. Still, this comb serves its purpose very well. Provided you just want to make your hair look pretty, its a good purchase to make. Might be different for people with much longer hair, but it works very well for me and my needs.Comb is comfortable to hold, easy to use. It's a hair comb. If it didn't have those qualities, I'd say it probably has some major problems. Comes in a nice box and a small bag to keep it in. I don't use either as I'm a disgusting mongrel, but its still a nice novelty to have.Overall, good product. Not outstanding, but good. I'm happy with this product.

Great comb, easy to hold, doesn't pull my hair or beard. No sharp edges. The only problem I can see is that it won't last forever because ultimately it's buffalo horn. Keratin. So I fully expect the comb to eventually start to thin out or disintegrate with the various products I use. Beard oil and what not. But I've had it for a couple years and it's still great, so guess we'll see when that happens. Other than that tho, it's a great product. Oh and the smell some people are bringing up... again, it's because it's buffalo horn. But that said, it does dissipate eventually, just give it time. A couple of weeks, maybe a month.

Lovely comb— my first stylish comb!!

Simply stunning!! I know am I really talking about a comb!! Oh yes I am, the craftsmanship is outstanding, the quality exceptional and beautifully presented in it's little box. All the other combs I have ever owned pales into comparison. This is such a luxurious item with a lovely natural scent, really nice treat or as gift. I can assure you that any recipient will feel totally special. The reason for this purchase was to stop the static, this delivers and then some it is so beautiful that I don't want to spoil it. It is slightly short, but this is easily overlooked by the sheer beauty, weight and the awesomenimity of this 7* item. I can not recommend this comb highly enough, so glad I took the chance on this one as well as the pureGLO natural sandalwood brush. Can a comb be beautiful, well this one is.I have shortish thick hair which can be a bit flyaway after washing, comb has great antic static properties.I use it on my damp hair with no ill effects.Teeth are wider than a normal comb so good for thick hair.Nicely presented in a box and its own little bag too.Make a good gift.

Very nice. Nice size and feels different to an ordinary plastic comb, more natural of course. Threw my plastic one away. Am trying to delay as much as possible, using it with wet hair as I read the colour will change slightly, but even when it does, might still look fine. Tends to be a slower and more thoughtful /relaxing task using this rather than yanking a plastic one through which tends to bend.

Well ive got to tell it like it is. This seller is superb. I reviewed this comb which I did not like. The seller then sent me the brush which is fantastic, brilliant for detangling and taming thick hair types. True to its description and an asset in my opinion. Will be taking it with me on my hols.
