Yes it does come with a screw however mine was not machined properly.

Can these fit cruisers 26 inch huffy

Yes. I’ve used them on tires 24” up to 29” tires. They are not very wide though, so Maybe about 2.5” wide tires max.

Wrong color was sent...who do I contact to get the right color?

If it’s less than 30 days, just return it via Amazon and order the correct color.

Will these mudguards work on 27.5" wheels?

Yes. I’ve used them on 24” up to 29” tires/wheels.
