Personally, it's just "meh". Bought this for my daughter for when she goes on walks at school. She liked the mist feature. One thing I found with the misting is that water build up under the cap (see my photo). Looks like the only way to clean under there is to unscrew it (with a screwdriver). Kinda of a pain .... can't put it in the dishwasher or in the freezer. Great for kids, not so much adults. With the misting there is also a lock feature so it can't spray.

Good for water only. Not the best made but fun bc of the spritz. First one lasted a year and then broke so we got a second.
