This is only day 2 of using this with my 9 year old but it has been an amazing change in his life. Teachers even noticed and asked if he was now medicated. He is calm and the motor he runs as has gone from hyperdrive to a calmer speed. He does not like the taste but can self appreciate the effects enough to take them. He’s only taking one in the am. They do clump together in the bottle and have to be broken apart but for the results that is something I will gladly deal with. Absolutely worth every penny short of a miracle or prescription medication we never expected this kind of change in our son.

We're using this to help maintain focus at school and so far we like the results. I give my older son one in the morning and both kids one at night to help with sleep. We've noticed it has helped them fall asleep faster. The actual gummies are kind of large and leave a chalky feeling in your mouth but they haven't complained. The flavor is great and they ask to take them.

I took these gummies and gave them to my son. My experiences anxiety and is on the autism spectrum. Though effective, the flavor is lacking, they don’t taste good. My son only took them a few times before deciding he couldn’t stand the flavor.

I'm 78 and needed just a little bit of calm to get a good nights sleep. This is actually for children, but it suits me just fine. I get calm and serene and drift off to sleep. I've bought it 2x's now. I'll buy it again as well.

Bought for an aggressive preteen hoping to calm down the tendencies to be overly aggressive and violent for nothing more than their notion someone is breathing wrong. Gave them 2 the second they walked in the door from school. Said the taste was awful disgusting yadda yadda yadda. I figured it was just the demon trying to maintain control. But another child, older, tried 1 and agreed it was disgusting sooo while these don’t work as advertised by ingesting…… all I have to do is bring the bottle out shake it and suggest 2 might help de-escalate things and wa-la!! instant attitude change! Sorry not sorry.
