Good for the price, like the non app related features
I do not like having myself attached to an app while I sleep. I also do not like having something on me while I sleep. So, I have used it to check my steps and exercise and I really like that it give me my blood pressure and heart rate when exercising.I really like that I can use it without an app though it will not track my history that way, but I do not care for the history. It does exactly what I bought it for.I would say that the charger is a bit flimsy, it is magnetic and not very magnetic at that, the slightest movement and it can come off, so make sure you place it in a spot where it will not be disturbed while charging. The battery lasts for at least one full day even when checking it (BP) a lot, but then again it is not always trying to sync with an app for me so that may be different if you sync to the app.Overall, glad I got it.

Pulse and O2 reading OK, BP is not accurate
I got this as an exercise aid, with pulse and O2 readings. The blood pressure ability was a bonus. Too bad it isn't accurate. I wondered how it would work since it doesn't compress your wrist at all ( and, to be honest, I've tried other wrist BP readers and none are any good ). Compared to my arm one, its off by up to 30 points. It also depends on how tight you have it.Anyway, if you want one that does step count, with heart rate and O2, this works pretty well. And the battery life in amazing ( 2 days, still over 70% ). BP, not so much.

Accurate and comfortable
So far my husband is quite happy with this fitness tracker. He did not want it for the phone connectivity. So, he has not set that part up yet. He is VERY happy with all the other functions of this Smart Watch/Fitness Tracker. It does everything he wants it to do and with pretty good accuracy. We checked the step counter against the counter on his phone and they were within 45 steps of each other. Most impressive was the fact the BP measure on the watch measured within 3 points of our BP cuff. We thought that was pretty dang good for a watch monitor. The display on the watch is large, clear and easy to read. It is easy to toggle between screens. Even for big man fingers. The watch is comfortable to wear and the strap holds it securely. Instructions were fairly simple and straight forward. Packaging is nice for gift giving.

Both HR AND BP are completely UNRELIABLE
I cant even with this watch- its cheap and may have *some* redeeming features such as weather, messages, time…But NO WAY IS THIS EVEN CLOSE TO BEING ACCURATE ON BP OR HR. I doubt that steps are anywhere near accurate either. My home BP monitor is consistent and is known for being higher on both sys/dia by 10/5 points (calibrated in the doctor’s office AND with my own knowledge of taking BP with cuff/stetho - as a former EMT).This watch is measuring way off - over 15/10!Then when I switch the watch to the inside of my wrist- it drops both down (still elevated though) closer to the home monitor I have.HR is also off by a wild 10-20 pts.So if anyone is looking for any BP/HR/Sp02 (which I dont trust either) wearables. The tech just isnt there yet - unless of course you pay top dollar. Even then, its going to be off. Now if consistently off by the same number- not these radical jumps - then I would give it a better review with these caveats. But for anyone who has “borderline” conditions and Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and POTS, its not even consistent enough to count on for record tracking and health management.Guess I am going to have to keep up with the tried and true equipment I have calibrated at home. Oh well….

Cheap fitness tracker that is not very accurate.
I've worn this tracker watch now for a week, and I also wore my Fitbit, which I've been using for years, to make a comparison. First off, I bought this cheap fitness tracker because it had a BP monitor, and I wanted to keep track of my BP throughout my day. I have an elevated BP of 130/81, so I wanted to see how my BP fluctuates over time. However, this cheaper tracker is not very accurate at all. It does not track my sleep or my steps accurately, nor does it pick up when I'm exercising, like working out on an Elipiser, which Fitbit has done for years. The BP monitor always reads low, right now, my average is 119/74, which does not match my arm cuff BP monitor, which says 129/83. If I had a health issue with BP and relied on the readings on this cheap fitness watch, I could be in real trouble.

Excellent value
I am pleased with this purchase. BP, HR, O2, Steps are all accurate within their intended use. I have compared this watch's results with other specifically designed devices and all are within acceptable tolerances (for me anyway). Sleep tracking is OK, if you turn on continuous heart rate monitoring. Product says "The watch's default sleep monitoring time is from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. and cannot be changed." But mine starts at 10:30pm every time. Not a show stopper, but definiiely an annoyance. Battery life is outstanding. I am 2 1/2 weeks into the first charge and still at 50%. The APP is simple to set up and a pleasure to use. Apart from the problem with the sleep tracking , I would highly recommend this watch.
