The best liquid grip
I've tried three different types of liquid grips. this was recommended to me by a friend who is a trainer. This is by far the best. It does leave white residue on the hands, as it is a liquid chalk. It works exceptionally well, zero slipping. Big fan.

Best friend in the gym!
My gym doesn't have chalk nor does it allow it. Also, I am not a fan of using gloves. Bought this a few years back when I was living in Virginia and loved it. Bought it again because now I live overseas for work. I bring this everyday to the gym, apply a dime or nickel size amount, it last the entire workout (about an hour or hour and a half), grip improvement with no slippage is ON POINT, and it washes off easily after working out. If your worried about how fast it dries...it dries quickly just wave your hands around or shake em. I've shown other people this at the gym and they just rub their hands and stare at them after...Nah man you gotta shake your hands a bit to air dry em...takes a few seconds.

Great Grip!
Works as advertised. I broke my left index finger a few years ago and struggle with grip strength in that hand due to lose of strength in that finger. As a powelifter this makes it hard to train at heavy weird for multi-rep because my grip falls after only a few reps. I also don't want to constantly rely on straps to compensate. Lastly my gym doesn't allow chalk go figure. Anyways I found liquid grip and hear are my thoughts. About a dime to nickel size run over hands like lotion and let them dry, this is crucial or it won't work the way you want it to, you might have to wave or shake hands to help air dry but only a few seconds. I have used for circuit workouts, gripping and un-gripping bars and push ups in one routine and powerlifting as well. It lasted at least 2 sets regardless of what I was doing, it didn't transfer to the bar, there is a very small transfer to cloths occasionally but barely noticeable. The smell isn't the greatest but its not unbearable. Its so super strong that you can smell it after its dried. It helped me get 8 reps at 225 before I couldn't hold the bar.

Best one I’ve tried
I’ve tried several liquid and solid chalks, this is by far the best one. Doesn’t fall and lasts almost a whole workout

this stuffs great, Have been deadlifting with numbers just as high ...
this stuffs great, Have been deadlifting with numbers just as high as when I use normal chalk. Plus this stuff seems to stay on the entire workout, it'll come off with really heavy weights, but the residue and grip will still be there somewhat. Makes almost zero mess and is undetectable by gym staff. I take the clip w/ me to the gym and re-fill it with the bigger bottle. Has a mild scent that disappears quickly. Make sure you dont rub it in like lotion, you just coat your hands and let the layer dry up.

Seems to be working reasonably well, but it is very strongly scented
My gym just completed a series of major renovations and has decided to ban chalk. This is a major annoyance, but it's their facility, and at the moment, I'm not able to find a new place that I like and can afford. Fine. Gloves are less than optimal as they are an added layer between your skin and the bar. I looked around and found this liquid grip at a reasonable price. I bought the kit, and really really like the small, portable bottle. It's really tiny, and fits well in my gym bag. I don't use the attached carabiner because well, I'm not in the mood to test management's...willingness to reason. I do need to put on maybe 2 or 3 small squirts of the stuff during a workout, but I used to re-chalk 2 or 3 times, so I'd call it even. The thing that is the hardest to get used to is the smell. It's a nice enough smell, but it smells a lot like tanning lotion. Since I'm not used to it yet, I find myself looking around the gym wondering who just slathered on the tanning stuff.

small bottle to take into the gym - Smells pretty good - Works like brick chalk for grip
Pros: - Leaves little to no residue on surfaces ("no transfer") once dry on your hands - Discreet, small bottle to take into the gym - Smells pretty good - Works like brick chalk for grip, provides good tackiness and grip Cons: - Requires more reapplications that the product seems to let on - Requires soap and water to remove - Contains some amount of rosin from what I've gathered about the ingredients (online research) - might not be safe to use on rock climbing routes due to potential for tacky build-up (climbers would know more about this) Overall Impression: I love this product for weight-lifting! Pretty affordable and the formulation is great as far as drying characteristics, grip strength and the fact that it really does reduce/eliminate transfer from your hands to keep chalk dust down compared to other liquid chalk products. Great for gyms that ban "chalk" as 95% of it stays on your hands and it comes with a discreet small bottle. Be sure to let it dry COMPLETELY before you use your hands or you risk it coming off easier and for courtesy, I would wipe off any barbells/dumbbells/equipment you use to remove the potential gum/rosin.
